cooperation.enhance the sense of responsibility and the sence of belonging,shows masung company’s style. it’s good time to go out for travalling and outward bound with warm spring breeze and shining sunshine in spring.to breathe the breath of spring, enjoy the caress of nature, strengthen the cohesion and solidarity of masung company.in late april 2015, masung company organize all staff to travel and participate in the shaoguan danxia outdoor activities with the theme of “surge youth,success by solidarity”.
in this activity,we experience how important to achieve goals efficently in coherent,unified command,effctive command and effective excution in our team’s growth process,to know the importance the teamwork to overcome objective obstacles,to realize the special value to every member of the team. our activity is perfectly completed in everyone’s active participation.combine the training with the experience of everyone according to the charactors “teching by exercise,teching by emotion,teching by entertaiment,teching by heart,focus on fulfill”. employees clearly see the blind of ourself and team,efficiently tap self and team potential, strengthen the sense of teamwork between employees, enhance the cohesion and fighting capacity, showing masung company's youthful vigor and style.

in the second day,we get up early to go to the danxia moutain scenic area from hotel.a traditional words“you will be so pity if you are not climbing the elder peak”,because stepped slope of elder peak is so deep and dangerous.some stepped slope near to 90°so that we are so fear when we climbed up.but we got full of achievements and stimulation after we reached the peak.we spent 2 hours for climbing the moutain which only 300 meters high.so you can image that what the moutain is so thrilling,special and beautiful.there are many legendary landscape such as female stone and male stone,which as their name suggests.what amazing nature’s power!everyone sing happily faced the mountains.
it’s eight in the evening when we came back to shenzhen,we finish our 2-day outward bound excursion activities.though we felt a bit tired,we had a happy mood.through this tourist activity, we not only enjoy the beautiful scenery, relax body and mind, relieving the pressures of working life, as well as gain a better understanding of each other.each departments communicated actively,has laid a good foundation for collaboration in the future.believe everyone will work with greater enthusiasm for their jobs in the future,make contribution to the company's booming power.
